Here are some examples of projects we are currently working on.
LSRP Services

Atlantic is providing Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) services for a linear construction project. The utility is installing over 10 miles of lines for which Atlantic is conducting a variety of environmental services including soil and groundwater sampling and material disposal management throughout the project area.
Due Diligence Activities

A large real estate investment company is utilizing Atlantic to perform due diligence activities for commercial and industrial properties it is looking to purchase. Atlantic has conducted environmental services ranging from preliminary assessments through site remediation. Atlantic is also the LSRP for the sites.
Groundwater Remediation

Atlantic is completing a groundwater remediation project for a large industrial client in New Jersey. A groundwater plume extends approximately one half-mile from the site beneath a residential neighborhood. An investigation was performed and it was determined that vapor intrusion sampling was not necessary due to the presence of a clean water lens overlying the plume. A CEA was established and the plume is undergoing Monitored Natural Attenuation.
